I was hoping to compare the form of Carroll's prose/poetry with that of his sermons, but so far I've been unable to find any of his theological writings either online or at my university's library. I did find a sermon by Charles Dodgeson on 1 Cor. xii 1, but I think it might have been written by his father. Does anyone know whether any of Dodgeson's sermons have been published or mentioned in one of his journal entries/letters?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
As far as I know none of CLD's sermons were ever published. Some of his father's were, so my guess is the one you have found was probably one of his; you'd be able to confirm this by reference to Ivor Davies' article in Jabberwocky (the LC Soc. magazine), vol. 5, no. 2.
CLD did record preaching in his diary on several occasions, sometimes with brief comments on the subject and his approach to it, though I very much doubt if there would be enough to give you any idea of his style. Looking up 'sermons' or 'preaching' in the index to Edward Wakeling's edition of the Diaries might get you somewhere, though it might not (the index pretty much measures down to the standards of the rest of Wakeling's scholarship). I think there are also a couple of references in the Collected Letters, and at least one description of CLD preaching in Morton Cohen's collection 'Interviews and Recollections'; I'm afraid I don't have time to look up the details just now.
Hope this helps.
Mike
