The list was actually closed the morning of March 14. Previous public message from Mike told us the list would remain until the 20th of March:
"We are moving to proboards! Our new address will be:
thecarrollforum.proboards46.com/index.cgi
This list will cease posting on March 20, and close some time after that. "
We had an active discussion going about the fate of the mailing list and an interest in someone keeping the archives intact (even with an experienced moderator stepping forward to offer his service). That discussion has been prematurely terminated by Mike. As of now I see no information on how that treasure will be available to anyone and I am upset about that.
