I am writing a literary guide to Putney, England for the Wandsworth Historical Society. Does anyone know where I can find more details of Dodgson's meetings with Rev Henley of St Mary's Putney and photographing his daughter Beatrice in 1864? And also mentions of his attending parties at Fairfax House with the Bullars in 1856, and finally his preaching in Putney after 1861?

The best place to start would be Dodgson's diaries, published by the Lewis Carroll Society. Here's a link for more details: lewiscarrollsociety.org.uk/pages/aboutcharlesdodgson/diaries.html. Personally I'd recommend ordering them from your local library as a first option, as they are far from cheap and the editing is less than brilliant. The volumes covering from April 1858 to May 1862 are missing so you may find yourself short of info regarding the 1861 dates.
